Open Job Position: Office Administrator

Currently seeking part time employee:
9:00a.m. – 2:00 p.m. – Monday – Thursday (4 days per week)
Job requirements: Perform critical administrative functions at BiofeedbackWORKS


  • Greet and assist clients
  • Maintain communications with clients, venders and staff
  • Manage client schedules
  • Maintain organization of client financial accounts using Medisoft (medical accounting software), daily record of accounts, merchant accounts and contracts (we will train)
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Organize office file systems
  • Respond to phone inquiries
  • Coordinate staff schedules
  • Minimal website editing
  • Post on social media ( Instagram, Facebook, blogs, other media links)

Skills required:

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Competent use of MS word, excel, google software, Facebook, and Instagram, google and web access
  • Prior applicable experience
